As Hi5 Academy LLC., within the scope of our commercial relationship and for the purpose of providing our services and products, we process and hold the data of our relevant parties in accordance with and within the limits of Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102, Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, and Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data.

All data you provide may be processed—automatically or non-automatically—for the duration the data processing purpose remains valid, for purposes including the proper and high-quality provision of contractual services, measurement and improvement of service quality, providing information about services, delivering announcements and notifications, conducting customer satisfaction activities, fulfilling reporting and information storage obligations requested by public authorities, fulfilling our legal obligations and legitimate interests, establishment and performance of contracts, and establishment, use, and protection of legal rights.

Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data, everyone has the right to apply to the data controller to:

b) Request information if personal data has been processed,
c) Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used in accordance with that purpose,
d) Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
e) Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data,
f) Request deletion or destruction of personal data,
g) Request notification of third parties to whom personal data has been transferred regarding corrections or deletions,
h) Object to outcomes against the individual arising from analysis exclusively through automated systems,

The applicant may send a notarized notice to the Hi5 Academy LLC. headquarters, provided that the envelope includes the note “Information Request Under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data.”
Response Time to Requests
Your requests regarding your personal data will be evaluated and responded to within 30 (thirty) days at the latest from the date they are received. If the request is rejected, the reasoned decision will be sent to you via email or postal mail.
Updates, Changes, and Contact
